For almost a decade, Davidson’s offered an innovative platform that caps the costs team member’s pay for health insurance and services without compromising the richness of our plan designs and minimizing risk to our team members in emergency events with low deductibles and out of pocket max amounts.  We strive to continue providing this value both to our owners and most importantly team members so they can in turn use those savings for other important priorities in life.

Our health insurance offers unique services such as Narus 24/7 healthcare concierge available to help our team navigate their needs.  There’s also Healthy Beginnings maternity program with specialized nurses partnering with expectant mothers to assist with appointments, pre-certifications, emotional support, and case management for any pregnancy complications.  In addition, we have dedicated specialty nurses who reach out following any diagnosis of cancer, cardiac disease, diabetes with complications, chronic kidney disease, neurological or gastrointestinal disease, or HIV.  They offer support throughout while waiving the deductible, saving thousands of dollars for our team members to focus on getting well.

In 2023 we proudly enhanced our offerings with free mental health services through our virtual telemedicine program for anyone on a Lucent health plan, providing unlimited visits with the same certified mental health professional for the duration of the life event at no cost.  The service is flexible and convenient, offering various languages and schedules as well as a diverse set of backgrounds and life experiences by the team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists to truly bring comfort during a time of need.

We’re also partnered with Carrot fertility and family planning whose mission is to provide access to fertility care and family building support with the help of a Davidson contributed stipend up to $7,000 towards their family forming journey.  Whether it be help getting pregnant, assisted reproduction, adoption, surrogacy, or preservation for future- we want to support our team in achieving these important lifegoals which parallels our strong DE&I lens to make this experience possible for all.

In 2024 Davidson was pleased to double our 401k employer match to 50% on up to 5% of earnings contributed to help our team members meet their retirement goals even quicker, as well as auto-enrolling new hires in 2% contribution which can be increased or opted-out.  Financial literacy and engagement are increasingly important as we face higher inflation rates and home/rent prices.  An active strategy to tap into compound interest early in life is even easier using the Empower state-of-the-art app to manage all assets and accounts in one place.
