Marisa Serrano joined the company in 2004 as General Manager of the Marriott Country Club Plaza, in Kansas City, Missouri. She then served as General Manager at the Hilton San Diego Gaslamp in San Diego, California, before her promotion in 2013 to Regional Vice President-Operations. Prior to joining Davidson, Marisa served in general manager positions with Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Quorum Hotels and Resorts and Adams Mark Hotels. And successfully lead top performing Marriott and Hilton brands. She began her career in the hospitality industry in 1988 at The Brown Palace Hotel in Denver, Colorado, where she served as reservations manager and then as front office manager. Marisa received a BS in Business Administration at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and holds certifications as an instructor in Housekeeping Management and in Front Office Operations from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Motel Association.
With over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry and over twenty years specializing in Revenue Management, Robert holds the position of Vice President of Revenue Management for Davidson Hotels and Resorts. In this capacity, he is entrusted with the responsibility of formulating and executing topline strategies to enhance profitable revenue across rooms and ancillary services within the hotels and resorts. Prior to his tenure at Davidson, Robert dedicated twelve years to Marriott International, where he supported hotels and resorts in Florida, Louisiana, New York, and most recently served as Regional Vice President of Revenue for Marriott Hotels of Canada. Before rejoining Marriott in 2013, he held the role of Senior Corporate Director of Revenue Management at White Lodging Services.
Ron Stevenson joined Davidson in 2012 as Director of eCommerce, where he was responsible for the digital marketing strategy for Davidson Hotels. Prior to joining Davidson, Ron served in several hotel operations and hospitality marketing positions across North and South America with companies including Westin Hotels, TravelPort, and IHG. Over time, as Davidson has evolved into Davidson Hospitality Group, he has assumed the position of Senior Director of Integrated Marketing for the hotels vertical, primarily supporting Davidson’s heritage-brand hotels.

But we can do small things with great love.” As a group, establishing diverse, equal and inclusive practices are not only important for our teams, but creating an inclusive workplace can improve employee retention, talent recruitment and innovation.

Community outreach programs are crucial to provide support to non-profit organizations, raise social awareness on sensitive matters and become a means of providing new, innovative solutions.
