Prior to joining the Davidson team, Steve Contos served as a senior vice president at Marriott International, overseeing all hotels and resorts in the Caribbean and the luxury resort portfolio in Latin America. During his tenure, he was responsible for 78 hotels and resorts across 12 brands and under his operational oversight, a number of properties earned prestigious award and accolade recognition, ranging from Forbes 5-Star designations to Condé Nast Traveler’s Readers’ Choice Awards and Travel + Leisure’s World’s Best Awards. Previously, Steve was the area vice president of the Americas Southern and Eastern regions, focused on a premium portfolio of hotels in Florida and Louisiana, which included some of the largest and most important Marriott resorts. He has held a myriad of positions within the hospitality industry, serving as general manager at five different properties, including the famed Orlando Grande Lakes Resort complex featuring a 1,000-room JW Marriott and a 564-room Ritz Carlton. Steve rose through the ranks of food & beverage operations, banquets and catering, ultimately becoming hotel manager of the Marriott Orlando World Resort, which was the largest resort asset in the Marriott system at the time.

Prior to joining Davidson Pat Broderick served as Vice President of Sales for Florida for Marriott International. Overseeing the topline sales for 60 plus Marriott hotels across 12 brands representing over $2 billion in revenues. With 18 resorts and luxury hotels in this portfolio it represented a very large contributor to the Marriott revenue and profit success. In his tenure Florida hotels consistently achieved best in class results while achieving outstanding owner and associate satisfaction and a best in class place to work. Patrick led a highly recognized sales organization, where team recognition was always the focus while recognizing outstanding individual contributors. Described as a very collaborative leader he gets the best out of every team member encouraging and developing them to achieve their goals personally and professionally.

Patrick is a graduate of University of Cardiff Wales and emigrated to the US in 1988 where he began a 33-year career with Marriott. Patrick started as a telephone/PBX operator and served in multiple hotel department leadership positions in the New England market before becoming a General Manager with the company. He then transitioned into Sales Leadership in different markets in the NorthEast before moving to Florida with his wife Christina and four children Dan, Leah, Luke and Mason. Patrick led a highly recognized sales organization, described as a very collaborative leader he gets the best out of every team member encouraging and developing them to achieve their best.

Patrick and family are a Dog Foster family and have successfully helped rehabilitate 10 small dogs to adoption over the last 18 months, an incredibly rewarding experience as a Dog’s love is unconditional and it’s never easy to watch them go to a new owner.

Patrick is an avid sports fan and adopted the US sports where he coaches Baseball Little League and Flag Football.

Thomas’ hospitality career started back in high school when he worked as a busser in a fast-paced Jersey Shore restaurant.  This led him to seeking out colleges with hospitality programs, and as such he graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management.  Thomas joined Davidson Hospitality Group as the Area General Manager at the iconic Don CeSar Resort, also known as the Pink Palace, and the nearby sister property, the Beach House Suites.  He arrived just before the pandemic, and successfully shepherded the two resorts on the road to recovery a year before the general industry followed suit, as Florida rebounded more rapidly than other destinations.  During the pandemic you could expect to find Thomas in the Laundry department working his favorite towel folder, or out on the beach setting up chairs and umbrellas.  He is a very approachable and hands on leader that can effectively communicate a vision and guide the team to achieve the established goals.  While at the Don CeSar and Beach House Suites, Thomas was on the forefront of putting technology to use throughout the properties, with deploying initiatives such as an AI based food waste analysis platform, robotic hallway vacuums and a custom designed Hotel smartphone App.  As the Davidson Resorts division was in a rapid period of growth, Thomas was promoted to his current position where he oversees 10 resorts in Florida, including a free-standing restaurant, and 2 in Colorado.  Prior to his time with Davidson, he worked 10+ years each for Hilton Hotels and IHG/Kimpton Hotels in resort destinations such as San Diego and Hawaii, as well as urban locations including Atlanta, Washington, D.C, and Boston.

In this role, Andrew fosters and maintain strong working relationships with ownership partners and brands, in addition to directly overseeing Ragdale Hall Spa to ensure property targets are achieved, executing against the Pillars of Performance.

Most recently, Andrew served as Task Force Managing Director and General Manager at various resorts in the portfolio creating value during transitions, from Baker’s Cay Resort to Buoy Haus Beach Resort St. Thomas, Autograph Collection and The Westin St. Thomas Beach Resort & Spa. Previously, he was Managing Partner at Mainsail Vacation Rentals, where he developed a vacation rental division within the company, utilizing Homes & Villas by Marriott, Airbnb, and all distribution channels focused on the luxury and premium segments. Prior to that, Andrew spent more than 20 years with Marriott International in various executive and leadership roles, most recently as General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong, the flagship of the luxury portfolio in China under Marriott brands. During his tenure, he also oversaw a number of hotels and resorts in the Caribbean & Latin America region, increasing customer satisfaction, maximizing revenue, and reducing costs across luxury, resorts, urban, and full-service brands.

With over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry and over twenty years specializing in Revenue Management, Robert holds the position of Vice President of Revenue Management for Davidson Hotels and Resorts. In this capacity, he is entrusted with the responsibility of formulating and executing topline strategies to enhance profitable revenue across rooms and ancillary services within the hotels and resorts. Prior to his tenure at Davidson, Robert dedicated twelve years to Marriott International, where he supported hotels and resorts in Florida, Louisiana, New York, and most recently served as Regional Vice President of Revenue for Marriott Hotels of Canada. Before rejoining Marriott in 2013, he held the role of Senior Corporate Director of Revenue Management at White Lodging Services.

Hugo Reyes is a seasoned hotel and resort operator who brings over 22 years of luxury operations experience. Prior to joining the Davidson family, he led operations as the Regional Director of Operations at Davidson Resorts and, more recently, headed Guest Experience across Davidson Hotels & Resorts as Senior Regional Director of Guest Experience. Hugo has held numerous on-and-above property positions throughout his career with top-tier third-party operators in the US and renowned global brands like Four Seasons, Fairmont, Hilton, Marriott, Kimpton, Nobu, and Gran Melia. He brings almost two decades of independent and international resort experience with luxurious and award-winning icons such as the Gran Hotel Bahia del Duque, the Halekulani Hotel, Gran Melia Palacio de Isora, and the Mandarin Oriental Lake Como, as well as organizations such as Leading Hotels of The World, Forbes Five Star, and AAA Five Diamond. He also served as a faculty member of the Global Hospitality & Tourism Management program at the University of West Florida’s College of Business, where he taught hotel management courses, led experiential learning and consulting, and was recognized with the Faculty Member of the Year award in 2017 for his innovation and impact in higher education.

Hugo is a graduate of the Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawai’i Manoa, School of Travel Industry Management, holds an MBA, is certified in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management by Cornell University’s Nolan School of Hotel Administration, and is a black belt in Six Sigma.
