What do you personally and collectively want to accomplish with our D/I council?

I would like to assist Davidson Hospitality in its continued efforts to create a diverse environment that is also inclusive of people from many different walks of life. Additionally, we are in the hospitality industry after all, and in the business of making sure our guests from all over the country and world have a welcoming and comfortable stay. Having a diverse staff to look after our guests’ needs will greatly contribute to these efforts.

Why did you join the council?

I joined to contribute towards increasing Asian-American representation at Davidson. I look forward to working with the team in continued community outreach efforts!
