
Patrick Broderick

Prior to joining Davidson Pat Broderick served as Vice President of Sales for Florida for Marriott International. Overseeing the topline sales for 60 plus Marriott hotels across 12 brands representing over $2 billion in revenues. With 18 resorts and luxury hotels in this portfolio it represented a very large contributor to the Marriott revenue and profit success. In his tenure Florida hotels consistently achieved best in class results while achieving outstanding owner and associate satisfaction and a best in class place to work. Patrick led a highly recognized sales organization, where team recognition was always the focus while recognizing outstanding individual contributors. Described as a very collaborative leader he gets the best out of every team member encouraging and developing them to achieve their goals personally and professionally.
Patrick is a graduate of University of Cardiff Wales and emigrated to the US in 1988 where he began a 33-year career with Marriott. Patrick started as a telephone/PBX operator and served in multiple hotel department leadership positions in the New England market before becoming a General Manager with the company. He then transitioned into Sales Leadership in different markets in the NorthEast before moving to Florida with his wife Christina and four children Dan, Leah, Luke and Mason. Patrick led a highly recognized sales organization, described as a very collaborative leader he gets the best out of every team member encouraging and developing them to achieve their best.
Patrick and family are a Dog Foster family and have successfully helped rehabilitate 10 small dogs to adoption over the last 18 months, an incredibly rewarding experience as a Dog’s love is unconditional and it’s never easy to watch them go to a new owner.
Patrick is an avid sports fan and adopted the US sports where he coaches Baseball Little League and Flag Football.
