To make a difference in Davidson’s recruiting and hiring efforts by establishing and meeting measurable diversity and inclusion goals

Why did you join the council?

After a long conversation with our CEO I felt it was something we could do, should do and more importantly the right thing to do as an individual and representative of our company that would continue to make it one of the best places to work.
