Community Outreach & Engagement

What do you personally and collectively want to accomplish with our DE&I Council?

First, I want to bring more awareness to DHG and all the various opportunities our company/industry brings. Second, I’d like to continue to keep our team members actively engaged in efforts that benefit our local community and the nation. Third, I’d like to continue to grow and develop as an aspiring leader in the Human Resources discipline.

Why did you join the council?

I joined because I wanted to continue to get to know my DHG team members and help achieve the mission of creating a space of respect and belonging. Being one of the younger members to join, I’d also add to the image of inclusivity that DE&I brings.
