A seasoned hospitalitarian with nearly 25 years of experience, Patricia is the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications, where she leads strategic implementation of branding, creative development, web development, public relations and social media in support of all Davidson hotels and restaurants. Since joining the company in 2015, she collaborated on the creation and launch of Pivot, Davidson’s lifestyle operating vertical, now the fastest growing lifestyle segment in the industry; has overseen the development of more than 75 independent brands and 30 custom websites; and most recently launched SocialLite, Davidson’s in-house social media agency. Previously, she was the principal of thestrategyfoundry, providing project management, short term strategic revenue management engagement and distribution services. While at the helm of thestrategyfoundry, Patricia oversaw electronic distribution for the entire SBE portfolio of hotels including properties across Miami, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. She also served as AVP, Revenue Management & Reservations at the Viceroy Hotel Group, where she oversaw and developed an effective revenue management culture across the portfolio of hotels and resorts in cities like Abu Dhabi, Mexico, New York, Los Angeles and Washington DC.

Carrie joined the company in September 2019 and serves as Vice President of Communications & Social Media, where she oversees public relations and social media efforts for Davidson Hospitality Group, all of its operating verticals, as well as all individual hotels, resorts and restaurants. A results-oriented thought leader with a passion for hospitality, she was previously the Director of Public Relations at Two Roads Hospitality, where she led award-winning public relations and partnership marketing efforts for the Destination Hotels collection for nearly six years until joining the Hyatt Hotels Corporation global communications team following its acquisition of Two Roads in late 2018. During her tenure, Carrie drove a steady stream of brand-building editorial coverage in target publications while also developing best practices, new ROI measurement tools and resources to inspire PR agencies and experienced in-house marketing team members toward optimal creativity and meaningful press coverage. Previously, Carrie spent several years at award-winning boutique PR agencies in Los Angeles and New York, where she managed domestic and international public relations efforts for a variety of prolific hotel, travel and tourism organizations including the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board, Scottsdale Convention & Visitors Bureau, Visit Scotland, Orion Expedition Cruises (now part of Lindblad Expeditions), Virtuoso, RockResorts and Vail Resorts Hospitality, A-ROSA River Cruises, St. Regis Hotels, Eden Rock – St Barths and illy coffee. Some favorite travel moments from Carrie’s robust career include horseback riding to the Hollywood sign with NBC’s TODAY Show; supervising a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover shoot on Canouan, a remote island in St. Vincent and the Grenadines; and cruising through the pristine Kimberley region in Western Australia with top-tier media and travel agents.

She holds a B.S. in Communications from Boston University and currently resides in Los Angeles with her family.

A dynamic and creative marketer deeply attuned to cultural trends, Armine spearheads branding initiatives for hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues across the Davidson Hospitality Group portfolio. Joining the company in 2019 as the Director of Integrated Marketing, she skillfully managed branding engagements while overseeing diverse marketing initiatives for a vast portfolio of hotels, with a specific focus on new openings, lifestyle hotels, and resorts.

Prior to her role at Davidson, Armine served as the Brand Culture Director at Sydell Group, where she played a pivotal role in the launch of Freehand Los Angeles—a vibrant lifestyle hotel acclaimed for its award-winning restaurant, bar, and rooftop pool deck. She has also held diverse roles at The Standard Hotels, contributing to sales, marketing, and food & beverage operations, and has demonstrated expertise in managing special events through strategic partnerships, standout programming, events, and activations.

Armine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Woodbury University.

Elizabeth joined Davidson Hospitality Group in February 2021 and serves as the Senior Director of Marketing overseeing Pivot, Davidson’s lifestyle operating vertical. In her role, she loves working with the properties to help develop unique programming, promotions, and partnerships to position the hotels and restaurants as destinations for both local and out-of-town guests.

Prior to joining Davidson, Elizabeth was the Director of Marketing at International Bay Clubs, where she worked closely with ownership to oversee marketing efforts for their luxury resort and private membership clubs. During her tenure, she successfully managed the marketing transition from Pacific Hospitality Group to a fully independent luxury property, receiving marketing campaign recognition from Visit California’s Poppy Awards.

Elizabeth grew up in the DC area before heading to Boston, where she started her career in hospitality at the iconic Charles Hotel in Cambridge, MA. She has previously served as Director of Marketing at Cape Cod’s historic Ocean Edge Resort, and as Senior Marketing Manager at Boston’s Franklin Park Zoo and Stone Zoo.

Ron Stevenson joined Davidson in 2012 as Director of eCommerce, where he was responsible for the digital marketing strategy for Davidson Hotels. Prior to joining Davidson, Ron served in several hotel operations and hospitality marketing positions across North and South America with companies including Westin Hotels, TravelPort, and IHG. Over time, as Davidson has evolved into Davidson Hospitality Group, he has assumed the position of Senior Director of Integrated Marketing for the hotels vertical, primarily supporting Davidson’s heritage-brand hotels.

Ashley joined Davidson Hospitality Group in 2023 as the Corporate Director of Integrated Marketing. Overseeing Davidson’s KSL Collection of hotels and resorts, she supports on-property marketing teams to create and implement overarching business strategies.

Prior to joining Davidson, Ashley served as the Cluster Director of Marketing for Hilton Hotels in Atlanta and New Orleans, where she was responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing programs for the Embassy Suites, Hilton Hotels, and Waldorf Astoria brands. With Hilton, Ashley managed the hotels’ digital strategies, led creative ideation for on-site activations, executed public relations strategies, and managed media relationships. Additionally, she was responsible for identifying and securing regional and local sponsorships and partnerships. Ashley previously served as Director of Marketing for Legacy Ventures management company, where she led branding and marketing efforts across owned and managed restaurant assets.

Trista Ma joined Davidson Hospitality Group in May 2022 as a Corporate Marketing Manager, supporting a portfolio of hotels and restaurants across Davidson. She currently serves as the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing for Davidson’s Pivot lifestyle operating vertical. In this role, she helps to execute marketing plans, leverage programming and activation opportunities, and drive growth across Davidson’s portfolio of lifestyle properties. Trista holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
