Rachel currently serves as vice president, strategic operations at Davidson Hospitality Group, where she is a team leader charged with new systems deployment, corporate and hotel process improvement, hotel performance analysis / reporting, and strategic corporate initiatives. Prior to joining the organization in 2017, she served as director, continent lodging services at Marriott International, where she was responsible for integration deployment, change management & communication to 700 North America legacy Starwood portfolio hotels following the Marriott International acquisition. Previously at Starwood, she served as chief of staff to North America’s COO; strategic advisor to cross-discipline divisional senior leadership team; and liaison between hotel and corporate leaders. She spent a number of years as a strategic consultant and market researcher at firms in Boston and Rochester, such as ISOBAR, Dixon Schwabl Advertising, NIELSEN and Millward Brown Analytics. She holds an M.B.A from Yale University and B.S. in Economics from Cornell University.

Kerri story with the company began in 2008, starting in the banquets department on property, quickly moving into the role of Convention Services Manager and ultimately finding her way to the Corporate office. Over the past decade, Kerri has played pivotal roles in various departments within the corporate team, including Sales & Revenue, Operations, Corporate Office Management, HR, and Strategic Operations. Kerri’s journey reflects her dedication and adaptability. In her current role, as Director of Program Management, Kerri focuses on the thoughtful planning, execution, and delivery of key strategic projects, aiming to contribute to company growth, operational excellence, and innovation.

Kerri leads and mentors a team committed to advancing program management processes and best practices at Davidson. In addition, she passionately contributes to initiatives that distinguish our company, such as the DE&I Council, Give Kids The World Council, SPARK program management, and ESG initiatives program management.

A graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University, specializing in Management, Kerri brings a down-to-earth approach and a wealth of knowledge to her role. Her commitment to excellence and her involvement in impactful programs showcase her dedication to making a positive difference within and beyond the Davidson organization.

As the Director of Strategic Operations, Joe works with both property and regional leadership to improve operational finance processes for the portfolio and support the team’s use of enterprise systems. Most recently, he worked as the Director of Enterprise Systems where he established best practices and a support process for Davidson’s BI, labor management, and procurement tools. Before joining the Davidson corporate team, Joe was the Director of Finance at The Camby Hotel, Autograph Collection where he implemented all new financial policies and procedures for a recently renovated hotel and led the finance team to earn the 2017 Financial Excellence Award for US Franchise Properties in his first year at the hotel. Additionally, he spent 10+ years in leadership roles at various properties in the Phoenix including Royal Palms Resort & Spa, W Scottsdale, Westin Phoenix Downtown and Sheraton Phoenix Downtown. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

With an impressive 18-year career in the hospitality industry, Rachelle joined Davidson in 2023, bringing a wealth of experience garnered from renowned brands such as Lifehouse Hotels, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Two Roads Hospitality, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, and Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants.

Her expertise shines particularly in managing openings and transitions. While at Hyatt she played a key role in the successful launch of properties like Thompson, Alila, Hyatt Centric, Joie de Vivre hotels & Unbound collection. Rachelle’s commitment to excellence is rooted in a solid educational background, holding a Bachelor of Science in Policy Analysis & Management from Cornell University and a Master of Arts in Speech & Interpersonal Communication from New York University.

Embarking on her hospitality journey in 2009 with The Walt Disney Company, Megan assumed her first project manager role in 2013, leading a team of project assistants through a 1 billion dollar technology upgrade that spanned all of Walt Disney World’s parks and resorts. In 2016, Maul joined Two Roads Hospitality on the Opening Team for the Thompson Seattle Hotel. This marked the beginning of a new chapter, where Megan played a key role in successfully opening not only the Thompson Seattle Hotel but also five additional hotels for the Thompson, Alila, and Joie de Vivre brands.

Transitioning to Davidson Hospitality Group in 2021, Megan has been an integral force, contributing expertise to over 40 Openings & Transitions projects. Maul is dedicated to excellence and proficiency in navigating the intricate landscape of hotel openings and transitions. She holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Florida.
